July 17:  Christian Academy of Louisville is hosting a CAL Family Fundraiser Run/Walk for 8th grader Tyler Hanson who was diagnosed with Bone Cancer in May of 2008.  He is currently undergoing treatment; this run/walk is to raise money for his family.  The race will be on CAL’s English Station Campus track at 5:45 pm with the race beginning at 6:30 pm.  The course is a 2 mile loop on the CAL track.  Pre-registrations mailed by July 14 will receive a free T-shirt.  Registration on race day will be from 5:45-6:15 pm.  Entrance fee is $25.  This family event will also include music, entertainment, and a silent auction.  Dinner will be served following the walk.  FMI: (502) 299-2877

Each Month:  Revive Ministries would like to invite you to join them in winning the battle for our schools by joining the REVIVE Prayer Walks held at various schools & colleges throughout the KY and IN.  Revive is a unique prayer ministry dedicated to praying for God to work in our nation’s school systems.  Join students, parents, pastors, & teachers as they pray for revival in our school system one Sunday a month.  You can see if your school or college has a walk scheduled by visiting www.reviveprayerwalk.com.  If not, why not pray about volunteering to help start a new group?
